I picked up the Sonicare Elite 7500 toothbrush after using another Sonicare model. I actually share the toothbrush with my husband (seperate heads of course) and the old model which we used for five years was still going strong but it was...let's just say it was beyond cleaning. Anyway, we got this new model and I was a bit skeptical of the smaller brush size but it works amazingly well. For some reason it seems to clean better than the last Sonicare we had with a larger brush head. There are a variety of settings like extended brushing time and two different speeds but I usually don't bother with them. I really like the Sonicare Elite 7500 and would give it as a gift. Can't go wrong with good oral hygiene.
