I've got many products from Canon--digital cameras, printers, and cam-corders (actually I just have one of each)--and I am very happy with the quality, performance, and durability of them. I needed a scanner to get quality images of postage stamps that I sell and trade on-line so I looked at Canon. I choose the CanoScan 8400F Flatbed because it is compact and fits on my desk nicely. It is SO easy to use and takes excellent images. The price is also quite reasonable. It is also handy for making copies of documents or receipts to send in for refunds.
