3M EZ250030 Scotch-Weld PUR Adhesive is a one-component, moisture-curing, urethane-based hot melt adhesive that is applied after being heated to quickly create exceptionally strong bonds with little to no clamping or fixturing necessary. Designed for dispensing with the 3M Scotch-Weld PUR Easy 250 Applicator, this hot melt adhesive is 100% solid, contains no VOCs, is effective across a wide range of temperatures, and is ideal for bonding to a wide variety of woods and plastics, including polypropylene, polyethylene, ABS, PVC, and polycarbonate. Features a 120 second open time and a 30 second set time to maximize efficiency in workflows while also maintaining workability in the event of adjustments being needed. Recommended for wood or plastic in furniture or cabinetry, edge moldings/trim for countertops, tables, shelving, desks, wood/MDF drawer bottoms, backs, and facings, and thin bond line applications in woodworking.
