FUNCTION: The 913149 Temperature Controller board is used to regulate the temperature of commercial ovens, it is designed to maintain a consistent temperature in the oven, ensuring food is cooked evenly and safely. FEATURES: The temp controller has a manual reset button for easy resetting of the controller. The controller also includes an alarm output when the temperature exceeds the set point.
