[FEATURES] Independent see-thru swing doors for easy visibility and access to product in production. The interior contains (11) rack positions and includes (5) heavy duty nickel plated oven racks. [TECHNOLOGY] A powerful 2-speed, 1/2-HP fan motor provides a powerful 114-1725 RPM for even heat distribution and forced 'cool down' to prevent exceeding temperature range. The porcelain enamel provides a easy to clean interior and improved cooking performance. Temperature ranges can be set by the electronic thermostat from 150°F-500°F (66°C - 260°C). [INSTALLATION] Professional installation from a CFESA certified technician or Electrician is advised for these ovens. They ovens can be field converted to 1-Phase or 3-Phase Electric 208-240V.
