The list is a long one, and the names are arranged in categories - Knights Grand Cross, Knights of Grace, Knights of Merit, Dames of Justice, and so forth. They are all distinguished names, and some well known, not only in the ecclesiastical world, but also in the world of statecraft and diplomacy.
