Make sure that your cap is rotated in place during installation. EASY INSTALLATION: Your skimmer pump can be converted into a sand pump compatible unit in just a few easy steps. Firstly remove the pump motor at the bottom of your SFX system, attach the hose to the internal seal of the adapter, then screw on the adapter cap to the bottom of your SFX canister.
