You do not need to care about the holes on panel, that is only use for manufacture to do the powder coating. You should align the holes on tube, just tighten the screws that can prevent the panel sliding. ❗The roof panels’ pre drilled holes and the pre-drilled holes of the rails are not aligned that is correct. For the assemly , we only use the pre-drilled holes of the rails , just tighten it, do not cross the panel holes. ❗We recommend you to mount our gazebos on concrete or wooden boards with expansion screws to better stabilize our products (wooden boards need to prepare their own expansion screws). Please note that in winter, you will need to clear the snow from the tarp timely to prevent the gazebo from collapsing.
