The arms collapse for easy storage. Fits 2 inch hitch receivers. The carrier folds down completely when not in use. STABILIZING FEATURES - The included anti-wobble hitch pin reduces movement and noise while you drive, while the included stabilizing strap steadies the wheels and bike frame. The dual foam padded steel folding arms provide excellent stability. CRADLES - The soft yet heavy duty cradles with rubber straps secure your bikes to the bike rack frame in 3 spots, which helps eliminate bike to bike contact while driving. The built in grooves accommodate cables & brake lines for gentle transport.
