• What are DTF transfers? Direct-to-film (DTF) transfers are a printing process that involves printing a design directly onto a film & then transferring it to a surface like fabric. The ink can be used on any fabric, including cotton, polyester, silk, & synthetic materials, & on both light and dark-colored fabrics. DTF transfers are made possible by a heat press, but a Cricut EasyPress or even a regular iron can also be used. DTF prints are more durable than vinyl or screen-printed sublimation designs because the ink is bonded to the fabric, so it won't crack, peel, or fade lasting 2 to 5 years, depending on the material quality, fabric type, & care routine. We recommend washing inside out. All designs are printed on our premium DTF transfer film using our own premium DTF ink, DTF powder, and curing process. Every DTF Full Color Transfer is printed with a white backing to ensure vibrancy on any color garment, DTF curing powder is placed on every design and cured through our heat oven which melts the powder and creates the adhesive. Last but not least we cut every design by hand ensuring an easy application process once you receive it. Iron on Transfer Tips: Even heat distribution and a good firm pressure Heat press are very important for good adhesion, avoid any zipper/pockets/seams/buttons / etc. within the press area. Use Teflon (for a shiny design finish) or parchment paper/kraft paper (for a matte design finish). These designs are cold peel and hot peel NOT warm peel, so there's no in-between. If you want a retro faded look do a hot peel. If you want the colors to be vibrant and bright wait for the design to completely cool down before peeling the transfer film. After peeling off the transfer paper, press again with either Teflon or parchment paper to ensure the design is pressed into the garment.
