FOR STANDARD CASTS ONLY (fingers and thumb are completely free to move). Please use a flexible measuring tape for proper measurement (or string, ribbon, or phone charging cord and place it against a ruler/metal tape). MEASURE TWICE AND ORDER ONCE to avoid disappointment and the hassle of exchanges or returns. Size should be determined by careful measurement, not the age of the user. These covers are for standard arm casts only. If your thumb or fingers are casted, or you have had surgery with pins, you'll need a different product.
