SIDE SHELF: A large side shelf provides ample space to set plates, tools, sauces and rubs while you grill. Our Gear Trax system gives you a more organized workspace with accessories like condiment baskets, cup holders and tool hooks. Customize your side shelf and side burner for maximum efficiency and convenience. BTU RATING: This grill has a 30,000 BTU rating. GRATES: Porcelain-coated wire grates offer fast warm-up and heat recovery time. They’re lightweight, making them easy to lift when removing to clean and economical to replace when it’s time. CONTROL KNOBS: Control knobs raise and lower the flame for each burner. Turn clockwise to increase the heat and counterclockwise to decrease. GREASE TRAY: A removable grease tray catches drippings and slides out for easy cleaning. You can insert an aluminum liner to contain the drippings and keep the grease tray clean. When you’re all done, simply throw the liner away. CART: The cart is designed with an integrated rack that holds the propane tank in place.
