This mat comes with a 36 oz nylon carpet top, molded to a 90 mil nitrile rubber backing. This compares to your standard rental mat which has a 18 oz nylon top & 48 mil rubber backing. Why do you care? Thinner rubber means rippled borders & cracked corners resulting in a tripping hazard. Thinner top means less water absorption and the mat won't do it's intended job of keeping your facility safe & dry! Perfect for use in Class A office buildings, schools, airports, grocery stores & more. Safe for commercial laundering & very easy to vacuum. UV stable: this mat will never fade! Overall Ultimate mat thickness is 3/8". 3 year warranty.
