Since an integrated Ethernet switch is built into the PoE extender, 2 PoE outputs can already be set although only one input port is available. The PoE+ Extender Switch increases the PoE range from 100 m to up to 200 m without the need for an external power supply - up to 300 m is possible by cascading two devices. The device supports speeds of up to 100 MBit/s and thus complies with the Fast Ethernet standard - the Ethernet protocols IEEE802.3, IEEE802.3u and IEEE802.3 af/at are supported.
