More Wear-Resistant: Coarse diamond grit 30/40, but our bullnose router bits have more diamond particles per unit area, so the grinding effect is better and more wear-resistant. 3. Faster Grinding: Using harder diamonds, the hardness can almost reach the highest level of 100GPa, making the grinding faster. 4. Latest High-temperature Vacuum Brazed Technology: In the brazing process, nickel-based active brazing filler metal is used to make the bond between the diamond and the matrix stronger, and the diamond particles will not fall off. 5.
