Compact size passive metal direct box, for converting a high-impedance, line level and unbalanced output signal to a low-impedance, microphone level and balanced input signal. With one ground lift switch, you can fully separate input and output grounding, which can lower hum noise or ground loops. Minimizing the unwanted noise, distortion, ground loops, and maintaining signal integrity, so that you can enjoy a rich and full sound. With 1/4" TRS input & output jack, and ATT switch for adjusting input attenuation(-0dB, -20dB, -40dB). One balanced male XLR output jack, AES standard with pin-1 ground, pin-2 hot and pin-3 cold. Frequently be used to connect an electric guitar or electric bass to a mixing console's microphone input jack.
