These feathers are soft, plush, and fuzzy and are oh so fun to design and create with! Like a normal boa, there will be some shedding when you take them out of packaging for the first time. You will also need to let the boa fluff out by steaming them with garment steamer or put them into a dryer in low heat. Other option will be using hair dryer to fluff them out and you will see a huge difference in the boas. All feather boa's do loose some feathers this is perfectly normally due to the nature of the product, however ours is reduced and are high quality hand made. We do recommend that you shake the boa outside before use which will remove all loose feathers.
