Compatible with Glycol systems. DESCRIPTION – Control 1-4 Hydronic Heating Zones. Includes all necessary components required for hydronic heating system. This panel should be used with a boiler that has an internal circulation pump or an additional circulation pump needs to be installed. Works with water heater also. Boiler connections are 1” Copper and Manifold Supply and Return connections are ¾” Copper QUALITY and SUPPORT– Warming Systems is Made in the USA. PUMPS – UPS15-58FC, 3-Speed Circulator Pump, 1/25 HP, 115 volts. The three speed motor technology lowers noise and power consumption and has a universal design for easy replacement. ZONE CONTROLLER – Switching Relay controls the zone pumps when the thermostat calls for heat. Simply connect the thermostats to the corresponding zone to control. There are external diagnostic lights to show power and what zone pump is heating. The controller requires a 115-volt outlet. EXPANSION TANK - 4.4 Gallon Expansion Tank, Pre-charged at 12 psi. AIR SEPARATOR - The air separator is used to continuously remove the air contained in the hydronic system. The air discharge capacity of this device is very high. It can remove automatically all the air present in the system down to the micro-bubble level.
