• Overview：The DRV8302 is a 8V to 60V, gate driver IC for three phase motor drive applications. This device reduces external component count by integrating three half bridge drivers, two current shunt amplifiers, and a switching buck converter. The DRV8302 provides overcurrent, overtemperature, and undervoltage protection. Fault conditions are indicated through the nFAULT and nOCTW pins. Features: The working power supply voltage range of DRV8302 is 8V to 60V. It has 1.7-A source and 2.3-A drain drive current capabilities. Bootstrap driver support with 100% duty cycle. The input mode has 6 or 3 PWM. DRV8302 dual integrated current shunt amplifier with adjustable gain and offset is supported by 3.3V and 5V interfaces. Hardware control interface. Each half-bridge is configured to drive two N-channel MOSFETs, one for the high-side and one for thelow-side.
