HDC1080 CCS811 Gas Detector integrates two sensor chips, CCS811 and HDC1080. The measured values of the two sensors can be read separately through IIC communication. HDC1080 is a low power consumption and high precision miniature digital temperature and humidity sensor chip. CCS811 is a low-power miniature gas digital sensor that can be used for air quality monitoring. HDC1080 is a digital humidity sensor with integrated temperature sensor, which can provide excellent measurement accuracy with ultra-low power consumption and support a wide operating power supply voltage range. The device can provide low cost and low power consumption advantages for various common applications. Humidity and temperature sensors are factory calibrated. CCS811 is an ultra-low power digital gas sensor solution which integrates a metal oxide (MOX) gas sensor to detect a wide range of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) for indoor air quality monitoring with a microcontroller unit (MCU), which includes an Analog-to-Digital converter (ADC), and an I²C interface. CCS811 is based on ams unique micro-hotplate technology which enables a highly reliable solution for gas sensors, very fast cycle times and a significant reduction in average power consumption.
