The Independence Oxford work shoes for men have a mesh liner that integrates with the waterproof membrane TRACTION: Featuring an oil- and slip-resistant outsole that is lighter and more durable than rubber, and a 90° heel (5/8") which provides stability and helps "catch or lock" the foot in place.
