I have finished reading my copy of this book, Leadership Made Easy, first edition, by Randall Ponder of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. (The Leaders Guide is out of print it seems.) It was just great. It has a broad and diverse range of topics and skills that cover just about everything you need to know about leadership and management. If something is not covered in depth, Randall Ponder tells you how and where to get the information you need. Well done and I strongly recommend it.
5 Star Rating   Superb book on the Essentials of Management and Leadership,   8/28/2015
Good book that examines 15 Leadership (and management skills) that seem to be the ones we face every day. Although this is the author's first book (his second one was "Leadership Made Easy"),I still like the straight forward approach of this book and its simplicity in conveying a subject to the reader. For example, the author, (Randall Ponder of Baton Rouge, Louisiana), does not use the complex language found in most business books. Leadership Made Easy is written for the regular person who has a need to know with minimum distractions from verbose language. Highly recommend this book.
