• Our Wick to Flame Pillar looks more like a traditional burning candle than any other product on the market. When your candle is off, the top displays a plain wick with no other attachments. Activating the candle makes the wick descend while the flame piece emerges, moving and flickering like genuine candlelight. Ensure that you place the Wick to Flame candle in an upright position soon after flipping the switch into the ON or Timer position to ensure your moving flame can rise and function properly. The Wick to Flame technology is compatible with our existing Luminara remote control. Our flameless technology produces no fire, smoke or melted wax so that you can leave your candles unattended, take them to events, use them as nightlights and "burn" them for hours. The candles take 2 D batteries, and provide 500 hours of runtime. Batteries are not included. When using the timer function, the candle will light up for 5 hours, and then automatically shut off for 19 hours. With proper care, these flameless candles will provide years of lovely, safe illumination. Candles come packaged in sturdy boxes to protect them during the shipping process.
