The Hunter Coil is 12.5" long x 8.5" wide and designed to search areas heavily littered with iron and other trash debris. This DoubleD coil is unusually light for its size and weighs in at 17.2 Ounces, 490 Grams with coil cover. Easily search for a whole day! The coil has good sensitivity to large, medium and small targets. Very easy to use and is recommended as a replacement for standard coils. The coil is waterproof and fully submersible, the body is filled with epoxy resin. Additionally a black protective coating, the same as used on marine boats, makes it possible to use the coil without coil cover. The coil copes excellently with high and medium soil salinity.
