That helps with aligning the light into the opening in the roof panel where the light mounts. Waterproof: This Sierra third brake light includes 1pc foam gasket and is generally waterproof. The gasket is a thick foam to prevent water from entering the cab. Please kindly put a little silicone or some clear RTV all across the top to help seal it just in case it leaks into the light or where the wires are. Tips and Warranty: 1. one of the clips may need to be squeezed together because it would not stay in place over the hole that was used by one of the mounting screws. 2.
