BODY POSITION - Your body position is critical to proper insertion. It is important to lay on your back with your knees bent and feet flat during insertion to avoid jamming the capsule at the tip of the applicator. EASY TO OPEN PACKAGING - Pelvana’s disposable applicators for women are individually wrapped to remain sterile and ready to use. Our applicator packaging features an easy open notch (on the plunger end of the applicator) that you can open with your fingers. HOW TO USE - Laying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat, retract the plunger and insert the capsule or suppository in the receptacle end of the applicator. Insert the applicator to the desired depth and push the plunger forward to deploy the capsule or suppository, then withdraw the applicator and dispose of it. If you are experiencing extreme vaginal dryness, we recommend using a small amount of vaginal lubricant to help ensure a comfortable insertion. PRODUCT LIMITATIONS - Do not use these applicators with liquids, creams, or any suppository pills, tablets, or capsules smaller than size 0 or larger than size 00.
