HIGH PERFORMANCE: Each All-U-Need is installed with a powerful 1/4 hp, heavy-duty, direct-drive permanent magnet motor with sealed ball bearings. The motor is variable speed and can be adjusted from 800 rpm all the way up to 3,400 rpm, allowing you to work at your own pace. The coolant reservoir holds about a pint of water. This flat lap machine comes with a 1/2" arbor and accept backing plates that have a 1/2" arbor hole. PORTABLE MACHINE: This lapidary flat lap is a lightweight, portable machine that works anywhere. It's constructed with ABS plastic that is rustproof and easy to clean. The All-U-Need has a small footprint and measures 10" X 10" X 12". Weighing at just 9 lbs, it is a portable rock polisher suitable for use on tabletops and workbenches. You can even take it on the road with you! Its quiet motor won't disturb others around you. COMPLETE FLAT LAP: The All-U-Need is a complete flat lap kit, including all necessary accessories. It offers easy grinding, shaping, and polishing of glass and crystal. Interchangeable electroplated diamond discs require only one backing plate. The accessory kit includes: 8" 360#, 600#, 1,200#, and 3,000# electroplated diamond discs, Tech-11 polishing pad, 14,000 mesh diamond paste, two 8" acrylic backing plates, and a disc bushing. It also includes a waterproof apron and written instructions.
