The silicone cap Gaskets does wear out overtime from all the heat and pressure in the cooker. You might also lose one when you’re washing the lid so it’s good to have some spares around. Floater and sealer is are essential for pressure cooker to work under normal situation, floater inserts into the lid from outside to inside.
