These antique sextants are fully functional, made out of aluminium and coated with black color. They are a reflecting navigational instrument used to measure the angle between any two visible objects. A sextant can also be used to measure the lunar distance between the moon & another celestial object. This sextant is made of brass and coated with black color. It measures 9 inches long and weighs approximately 4 pounds.
