Add a small amount of pellets to the hopper and throw a large handful on the igniter in the fire pit. the fire should ignite longer auger tubes take a while to charge. The controller will stop feeding pellets after five minutes if the fire is not lit. So turning off and back to smoke will reset the igniter sequence. When the auger is charged you’ll see pellets dropping into the fire pot.
