e product Urban Security Group, USGDK5043W8Mz, doesn't come with a user guide or installation instructions. It did come with a small Recordable CD. The CD says Driver, but, trying to read the CD on two different computers they only see the CD as new recordable CD asking if I want to burn files to the CD. So, I have no driver, no user guide and no support files for this camera. It didn't even come with a technical support number to call for help. I don't recommend this camera to anyone except maybe an engineer who already has been able to get one working.
